Need a better impression. I like their items - I didnt like their prices. BUT I would and have paid for great items there. Not sure what I think of the staff, they have been so hot and cold when I go in there. Standoffish is a good work - not welcoming - but when you get their attention - you get their attention. Why so inconsistent? LOVE the free tailoring option.

Great Customer Service. This store has the latest trends of great quality clothing. The manager Adam is so helpful & can always find the most flattering clothes for you. He is honest about what looks great & what you should take a pass on & they tailor for free. Highly reccomend.

great customer service. This is a great clothing store that Chicago needs. They have items that are truely unique. Prices are a little high, but the quality of the clothes are well worth it. Service is great - they really know what looks good on you or not (they dont try to sell you stuff that doesnt work). If a saleswomen named Deirdre (I think) is there, ask for her help - she's great.

not my favorite. Although this is a cute boutique with a great location, the prices are outrageous and the customer service is average at best.
