I worked with UNICUS and they got me into the best shape of my life while making the workouts fun. It was all built and programmed for my personal results. No fluff and not a lot of amenities at their place, just the results, which were phenomenal! I recommend them to anyone serious about getting results.
Pros: professional trainers, customized workouts, great classes
Cons: poor parking, no mirrors
