I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I walked in there with a $500 gift certificate, fully intending on spending that, plus more. When I walked in, they had 2 items picked out for me that I could choose from, which I didn't want either of them. I was then told I could pick a "skinny band" ring, or one of the ugly necklaces. I was never offered to look around the store. When I asked about diamonds, I was shown ones smaller than a pinhead. For $500, I now am the owner of necklaces that look like "costume" jewelry (this coming from everyone I have shown so far). Go somewhere else!

I would highly recommend Diamonds Chicago to anyone! I went there to pick out my fiance's engagement ring and I worked with Carlee who was amazing! She provided me with a lot of knowledge and information regarding choosing a ring, and a plethora of settings/stones/etc. to help me make the right decision. They were also fabulous with re-sizing my fiance's ring - the entire staff has been great to work with and we will be going back to get our wedding bands from here. If your in the market for diamonds, you must check this place out!

Had a great experience working with Fahmina on getting my fiances engagement ring. She was very patient and took a lot of time to show me a number of different options and explained the differences until I found the perfect option. I am heading back to get our wedding bands as well. Highly recommended

Rick and I went to buy an engagement ring on 2/8/13. Carlee Kelly was the representative who helped me through the entire process.

She was amazing and awesome!! She is wonderful and she is also extremely knowledgeable and informative. She makes sure we are fully informed about our purchase. She has created a great engagement ring for us....

Carlee even gave great education about diamond... her wealth of knowledge about diamonds just amazing...

I believe whether it will be an engagement ring, wedding ring, or customized piece. Carlee quality is superb and she can find the right piece to fit any budget. We highly recommend Diamonds Chicago! The staff is very professional and we couldn't be happier with the ring. It is great quality and I honestly couldn't think of going anywhere else to shop for diamonds. I highly recommend Diamond Chicago with Carlee.

We have been working with Carlee Kelly to make the perfect bridal set. We have 4 family rings that we will be using to make my engagement ring and wedding band. She has been extremely helpful and efficient! From the first time I contacted her in Sept 2012 until now, she has been more than willing to help us! She is quick to respond to any questions I have. We took a few months before deciding to make the set and even after the wait she was excited to help. I'm looking forward to what Diamonds Chicago can create for us!

It was a great experience with all stages of the process of purchasing an engagement ring from Diamonds Chicago. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff proved to be fun to get to know while they educated me on the wide variety of stones I looked at. Together, we designed the exact engagement ring my fiance had showed me in pictures online, with quality stones and a custom setting. All at a fair price and in time for the holidays!
