I wouldn't even give this place one star. I had nothing but problems with this Tony guy! The day I went in a placed an order with him for my wedding, we discussed table sizes and how many tables we wanted and as soon as we totaled it all up, he goes to place the order and says "Oh those tables aren't available" and didn't even care to correct the order. So after all of totaling it up and everything we had to switch to smaller tables and he gave us complete attitude when he had to re-do the order. God for bid he helps his customers! He was more concerned about getting out of work on time!
Second situation. I reviewed the order form a couple days later and noticed the tables werent even on the slip, so when I called he screamed at me stating it was my fault that I didnt check the slip there and that we didnt even discuss tables. Really Tony, WHY WOULD A BRIDE NOT ORDER TABLES BUT ORDER EVERYTHING ELSE. Humm does that make sense to anyone else?
Third situation. I told him three times after we ordered everything where the location was and what time to be there. Hum do you think they were there on time? NOPE! An hour and a half late and he had the audacity to yell at my dad on the phone on my wedding day saying "It was our fault we didnt give him a time and a location". Who in their right mind wouldnt put a location and time of delivery on the slip?!??
Last situation. Three days after the wedding, he calls my dad screaming at him because there was a table cloth missing. THREE DAYS after the wedding, come on, if it was really missing you would have noticed right away! His employees that night counted every single thing that got loaded on to the truck and he calls my dad and charged his card without permission for a table cloth that supposedly went missing!
This Tony guy is nothing but a rude individual that calls his customers up screaming at them. Can anyone say ANGER MANAGEMENT! He shouldnt be running a company, let alone a company that supply's items for a wedding. DO NOT use this company if you want your wedding to start on time and spend the amount you were told in the first place. This place should be shut down! I would NOT recommend this party rental place to anyone! I have never seen a company where you cant get a hold of anyone and when they eventually do call back, you get a man on the other end screaming at you for disturbing him!
Take my advise and do not go here! M&M party rental is a little more expensive, but let me tell you, you will get better customer service and RESPECT from their employees! Tony willl give you a line of BS about M&M party rental just to make him look better. Trust me, it doesnt!

Don't waste your money!!. To give this place a star is being very genorous. The fax over an agreement and I sign and fax back with only receiving half of the chairs and tables I requested. The equipment was in terrible shape as well. Lousy customer service by the way. They are quick to take your credit card numbers but late with everthing else. They do not give refunds even if they made the mistakes. Don't waste youyr time.

Highly Recommend!. I have utilized Abbott Party Rental on several occasions and have been thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of service. Exceeded expectations. Professional, prompt all with competitive pricing. Highly recommend for any size/type of event.
A+++++ Terrific experience. These guys went way above and beyond the call of duty for my last event. I had a last minute order, complete with tent, and caught them at closing time! They came out the next day, and had me squared away in no time. Excellent service, no hidden fees, nice equipment. Definitely using them again.

We ordered a 20'x30' heated tent for our wedding in our back yard. When the truck arrived the man said that a 20'x 30' tent wouldn't fit but he could put up a 20' x 20' tent and the company would reimburse us. After he started putting the tent up it was clear that the 20 x 30 would fit. The man said at this point if he took it down that he would have to charge us an additional set up and take down fee. When the tent was up the man said we didn't need the water barrel that we ordered- it was clear that the water barrels were intended for tents of much larger than we needed but they didn't tell us that at the time of the order and charged us for it anyway. The man also said that one propane tank was more than enough to heat the tent and that it would not run out all night. We had to run out to the hardware store to get a tarp to extend the tent because it was not big enough and we had to have someone run out in the middle of the wedding to get a new propane tank because it had run out. Also, one heater was not nearly enough!
When we called to ask for a refund the company refused, saying that because the items were on the truck that we had to pay for it! Our bill was $999.71 for all of this! BTW they charged us $90 to clip sidewalls onto the tent-we had to change these ourselve-it took about 2 minutes each! What a rip off!
