“While the waitress was pleasant and the decor was upscale (grand looking old church with modern décor inside), the dining experience wasn't!”
“The servers were extremely unorganized and slow, several people ended up going downstairs to get their own drinks because the service was so slow.”
“In the end we were very disappointed with the service, the food, and most of all we were disappointed with the owners and their inability to rectify their mistakes and poor service.”

Horrible Experience. Went to Onesti for the first time for a family members birthday dinner. Service from Brendon was horrible from the moment we sat down, it took him over 15 minutes to acknowledge us. No menus and another 15 minutes for our drinks. Another 15 minutes for our waiter to take our order, after at least an hour we received our salads, a couple of us went to complain to management, which were hard to find. Finally speaking to a manager, that did not do anything to rectify the situation and the waiter Brendon becoming cocky after we told them "it was the worst service we have ever had!", he replied "thank you". At that point 11 of us walked out, never received our dinner and getting no where with the management. We would highly recommend not going to this establishment and wasting your money. They seem not to care about customers and have very poor service.
THEY CALL THEMSELVES A MARTINI BAR?. 1st visit recently, went for a appetizer and martini I ordered a martini $9 , not great price but seems like the going rate. The martini menu was quite small and I asked the bartender if one could be made off the menu, he said no. I ordered a blue hawaiian. I have never seen such a small martini glass ever! Half the mixture was left in the shaker. How can they advertise themselves as a martini bar? I may not have felt ripped off if the pice was $4.50 but $9 was ridiculous! DON"T ORDER MARTINI'S!
Private Party - 40th Birthday Celebration. My girlfriend and I co-hosted our 40th Birthday Party at 18 North on Saturday, November 17th. It was a private party held in the loft area on the 3rd Floor of the restaurant. Our experience at 18 North was absolutely FABULOUS despite the previous two reviews posted by other reviewers. We had 27 guests at our party and Justin and Matt were our dedicated wait staff for the evening. They were friendly, attentive and provided excellent customer service the entire evening. The room was beautifully decorated and the food was excellent! Linda was wonderful to work with and really helped us with the planning of our party. I would highly recommend 18 North for any private function you may have in the future. FYI, I have also eaten in the restaurant several times and have never had an issue with the food or service.
Disappointed!!. We had our rehearsal dinner here and we thought it was going to be amazing but we were very disappointed! We had reserved the upstairs for forty people and the way it was set up we could barely move. The servers were extremely unorganized and slow, several people ended up going downstairs to get their own drinks because the service was so slow. We had preselected the menu for the night and the wrong salads came out and the chicken we ordered was not the same as we were origionally served. The side dishes were served with out server spoons so people had to use their forks until the servers came back with the spoons. We had an open bar, however, the servers decided to make it a primium bar without permission and the owner did not change the charges. In the end we were very disappointed with the service, the food, and most of all we were disappointed with the owners and their inability to rectify their mistakes and poor service.
Very Disappointing. My wife, my mother, and I went to 18 North this past Friday evening, basically to check it out to see if it would be a decent place for my wife to throw my sister's wedding shower. It definitely isn't. We had reservations, but upon being seated we were told to pick where we wanted to sit. The restaurant, unlike every other close restaurant, was empty. The menu is very limited and not good on value. I ordered the halibut special, yet the waitress returned 5 minutes later to say they were out. The tuna I ended up having was dry, although I ordered it medium rare. My wife's ravioli was $14 and had only 5 ravioli in it. My mother's Chicken Vesuvio was fatty, meager chicken. While the waitress was pleasant and the decor was upscale (grand looking old church with modern décor inside), the dining experience wasn't!
