Never To Return. I was so excited when my friend indicated that we were going to this restuarant for lunch. Boy was I surprised. I could not enjoy the food because of the terrible service and attitude of the chef preparing our food. I have dined out many times, but this is first time I've had anyone cook my food and throw it on my plate. During the course of the food being prepared, the chef was just awful. Upon leaving I reported this to the manager who indicated to me that this chef has always received compliments. I felt as though my feelings did not matter. I will never return to this restuarant nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

Amazing Restaurant... fun for the whole family. this restaurant is a good place to get together with friends, family, and just about anyone.. the way the chef prepares the meals is spectacular and the service is wonderful... i love their surprises.... You never seem to know when they are going to pop up.. i hope that many people dine in at Hamada of Japan and if one doesnt HE OR SHE IS MISSING OUT BIG TIME... i love it there and i love to be entertained by the Chefs...!

Horrible customer service. Do not try to do a business dinner here.. A word of warning for any business professionals trying to do a business luncheon or dinner here - don't. I had to go find a waitress three times to get service and the managment was awful. I was aghast at how unhelpful management was and just down and out RUDE. The food is okay. The chef did a great job preparing the dishes and once we did have a waitress, she did an okay job. Would not recommend this place. Even when I called to place my reservation, the host was very unfriendly and unaccomodating.
