Error made and resolved quickly

the company agreed to charge my card after the windows were instaled but the have charged...on phone with Energy Savers...I'm sorry they actually did what they said they would do they refunded my card 3 days ago and will charge it again after they put the windows in. I now feel save doing business with the company and from my experience thus far I would recomend this company to someone who can afford replacement windows... I probably will not make another report about this company if the windows and instal is good but if you see my name for this company again that probably means they mesed up and I want the world to know...
