Best Tuxedo's in Chicago!. I was looking for a Tuxedo, for a wedding that i was going to, and my friend told me about this Wedding Store called Laurel Bridal. I went to the store and the owner was very helpful and she gave me an advice what tuxedo i would look the best in! The quality of the Tuxedo's are amazing and i just love that i went to this Wedding Store and not some other ones. Overall- Wonderful Store and Reasonable Prices! I Highly Reccomend Laurel Bridal!

Best Wedding Store in Chicago!. The second i walked in this Beautiful Bridal Store i was overwhelmed by the owner how she has greeted me- very friendly and VERY helpful! I was looking into buying a European Dress. She has helped all along to choose my wedding dress. I love my dress that i bought that day from Laurel Bridal and i will recommend this store to Everyone that i know! The best Wedding Store in Chicago!

European dresses !!!!!!. European Quality at Great Bargain When my fiancé and I read some other reviews we were a little intimidated. Though we stopped in because the store is near many other bridal stores. The owner provides a much different experience than other stores. She is not afraid to tell you what she thinks and she will tell you if something is not right for you. She was willing to help us with no appointment. I found most other stores annoying in this matter. Her selection was more European, which means more “movie star like”. Not the same old stuff you get at big box bridal stores. The prices and lead times were very attractive. My fiancé and I were in a bit of a rush because we got a late start with the dress shopping. Many stores claimed “we need 4 -6 months or else you need to pay a big expediting fee. She could get a dress custom made in 2 months. We got great customer service without any pressure to buy. We went ahead with purchase because of the quality of her dresses and the price to value. You have to be careful with ... When my fiancé and I read some other reviews we were a little intimidated. Then they bring in all the extra charges (special bra, under layer, veil, alterations). With Laural we got the under layer and veil included with the dress at a great price. She has a seamstress who costs very little (maybe one fourth price) compared to the big box stores. She even steamed the dress for free two days before the wedding. All in all, we were very happy with Laural.

Worst experience ever........ don't shop @ Laurel bridal salon. It was the worst experience that somebody could encounter. My sister purchased a wedding gown from Beata, she has waited 4 months for the dress to arrive, everything was ok, we received the dress was perfect on her. We left the dress with Beata for final alterations for a couple of weeks. We called to get it back, and she asked us to come in for another alteration. We discover, when we got there, that she lost /. Misplaced / sold twice the same dress. We were shocked; we couldn't believe that could happen. Beata looked @ everything very easily ?Don?t worry guys, everything will be perfect". After 5-6 more alterations later (because she gave us a bigger dress, we finally received a dress that was ok. In the final, I have asked Beata for a discount that we deserve it, because we haven't received the dress we paid for, and she showed us the door, to leave. She thought that she didn't do anything bad.....

I would not recommend her to anybody, and I feel sorry for her, that although she has a store in the United States, her mentality, and her ways to do business, is still in Poland.

What the heck?. So I went into this shop and was thrilled with the idea of an expensive gown, as it was meant for that one special day in my life. My budget was $2000. I've been to several places, good and bad, however, I didn't expect worse. The service stunk, thought I didn't want to blame her for not being able to communicate well in English, I think the sales woman was Russian or Polish, but she wasn't listening to what I was looking for. What she showed me was cheap, dirty and overpriced for the quality fabric - she claimed all were European gowns, yet I found 3 gowns that I saw at other boutiques that specifically told me those same gowns were made in CHINA. Nothing seemed to be under $1800 that I liked at first site, but when I touched the gowns, I decided that I surely didn't want the beads falling off of my dress as I'm walking down the aisle, I may as well shop with David's if that's the case. All in all, I left quickly after just looking and shopped down the stip of other salons. Go there if you have money to spend and you don't care what the quality of your gown is like.
