Disappointed. We were first enthused about going to Annie seeing as we are in the neighborhood and it seemed a lot of people go to her with favorable results. The first time was OK- cuts were decent although not as good as our other groomer. Our male dog ended up with a prepuce infection bc, according to our vet, the area was groomed inproperly (not allowing urine to flow out completely). The second time was OK- very uneven cut. The last time, their cuts were choppy, really uneven, and our dogs had cuts all over their bodies. Also, they didn't seem very clean and their ears were still dirty. The hair on their legs and feet were left too long even though we told them we wanted them short. Really upset considering how much we paid. Although we really like Annie, I think her volume downgrades the quality.

Greatest Groomer. Annie has been an amazing groomer to our dog. We adopted him from a shelter this past summer and she was so gentle with him on his first visit, as his hair was so matted and dirty. Not only was she gentle to our dog, she was sensitive to us as the owners, watching him be shaved! Since then, we have returned several times for his grooming. Annie allows our dog to run free for the day and to roam with the other dogs, as well as full day drop-off service. She is really accomodating and very friendly! We couldn't ask for a better fit. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new groomer!

Above and beyond!. Annie is not only a fantastic groomer, she's a dog owner/lover. She takes great care and pleasure caring for my dogs while they're in her care. Not only do they look great, but they have a great time when they're with her. Annie is the best groomer I've found and takes the time and attention to clip my dogs how I want them, not the other way around.

Top Notch!. The best service and most accomodating owner. My dog comes out looking great, and has so much fun there sometimes I just drop her off for a play day. Highly recommended!

The Best of Chicago. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The owner, Annie, has gone out of her way multiple times to accommodate my schedule. The grooming services are the best I have found in three years of trying nearly every available business. My Akita has never looked better and he actually seems to look forward to visits to The Studio.
