If I can save just one person from going through the nightmare I went through I will feel a little better... I purchased my car through car outlet and financed with total finance in 09 they told me I needed to have their insurance to keep the loan. Their insurance is Todo Seguro. I paid car and insurance payment every month on time .. Then my CC numbers changed and I called to switch for auto pay. Everything I thought was fine.. then I got into an accident and they said I never called to set up auto pay. I had not proof except for the fACT THEY WERE TAKING THE CAR PAYMENT OUT OF THE NEW CARD NUMBER AND THE PHONE CALL ON MY CALL LOG. THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO SO I WAS STUCK WITH REPAIRING MY CAR ON MY OWN. THEN I CALL AND GET EVERYTHING SET UP AGAIN.. MIND YOU THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO KEEP THIS INSURANCE FOR THE LIFE OF THE LOAN...OR I WOULD HAVE SWITCHED.. SO I HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AGAIN.,... THEN WHAT HAPPENS I GET IN ANOTHER ACCIDENT A BAD ONE.. TOTALED THE CAR.. AND GUESS WHAT.. OH I AM ACTIVE BUT NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND ANY LOOP HOLE IMAGINABLE TO NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES AND INJURIES.. I PAID THESE PEOPLE FOR ALL THESE YEARS FOR THEM TO BETRAY ME IN MY TIME OF NEED. THEY ARE SAYING THAT I DIDNT TELL THEM WHO LIVES IN MY HOUSE WHEN I RENEWED MY POLICY..(NOBODY EVER ASKED ME THAT) THAT AND OTHER LITTLE PETTY THINGS THAT WERE NEVER ASKED OF ME THEY ARE SAYING NOW THEY ARE RESINDING POLICY AND THEY WILL COVER NOTHING... DIRECT AUTO IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT TODO SEGURO GOES WITH.. RUN RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY .. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROTECT YOU.

Total Finance|Car Oulet A Joke.... I think this is the last place anyone should finance at there employees are truly a joke they are not professional and really don't know anything. Helping to stick it to there own people shameful... It's true they will give anyone a car but they'll only report if you don't make your payments.. So this doesn't help anyone trying to better there credit.. I was a cosigner but if I would of done my research that would not have happen.. If you don't make your payment when due the next day there already calling and sending text that's even within the 9 day grace period... Just my advice save yourself the headache of dealing with such a place...

total bs should be the name. under the advise from another dealer to use these scum bags to build up credit score, only to fine out these scum bags don't report ur payment history to any of the bureau's

o whats most annoyn is when the payment isn't even due, 1 week b4 payment is due these non speaking english scum bags keeps harrasing my family members and personal references on put on the app at time of sale, for a payment

i really hope something can be done with these scum bags, those that work for them as sales rep, shame on ur scum bags as we'll

total finance Llc. car oulet y total financial.- son una compania sin escrupulos y no tienen derecho de sugur robando a los tontos que creemos en ellos, yo compre un carro en el 2008 tube un accidente y el y la compania aseguradora no pudo hacer nada por el carro pague un deductible de $1000 dolares y para terminar pronto la aseguranza no pudo recuperar el carro del lugar dedonde lo tenia cuando la grua se lo llevo, yo personalmente tube que hablar con ellos para recuperar el carro despues me convencieron y saque otra camioneta y esto ha sido una pesadilla decidi no comprar el seguro con ellos y compre una aseguranza en otro lado pero como siempre quieren ganar cada mes que voy me amenazan con sus estupidos e ignorantes argumentos, estoy canzada de esto por eso NO MAS COMPRAS DE CARROS EN CAR OULET .

so I brought a truck from this dumb ass car dealer!. these ppl send me a letter to my house saying that if i don't use their insurance that they was going to write the credit bureau and tell them I don't have any insurance so it can go on my credit report. minded you I have full coverage on my truck from my own insurance. so now i'm calling a lawyer and trying to find out if they can do that. I will never BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Company!!!!. This company is the worst! My husband and I purchased a truck from them, and that has been our biggest mistake. Never ever go to them!!!!

Thiefs!!!. Ok so all I have to say about this place is that they are a bunch of thiefs. They take advantage of the hispanic community. They are targeting individuals that do not have a license or bad credit, since they know damn well other dealerships give them a hard time or just simply do not sell them anything. Since these ppl dont really have options of where to go, they settle for Car Outlet.

Car Outlet sells overprised vehicles, with lots of mechanical problems and high mileage. To top it off the garbage financing company that they work with (total finance) charges an arm and a leg. You end up paying more for financing than what the car is worth. They harrass ppl for payments and will always try to pin the client with a bull*** charge, wether it be late fee, processing fee, etc. The ppl that work for them are incompetent and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor when thanks to you they are getting paid.

So please please to anybody who is thinking of buying a car at Car Outlet, DO NOT DO IT!!!! you will regret.

they don't even deserve 1 star. bad all the way oround. would not recomend anyone to buy a car here i did it because my credit was bad bad divorce and they chase me for my payments before they are due so they promissed to fi a seat belt never did had warantee they claim 100 dollars for each thing thats wrong with the car, they are just bad never again will i buy onother car here and im almost done paying them to get them off my ass.

f*** this place, too late now. so i purchaced a car from caroutlet like 2 weeeks ago. shyt u now the key didnt open the door. i got stuck outside my own car like a moron. called caroutlet n all the did send a guy to open my car.. i made an appointment for them to fix the problem.. all they did change the cylinder and make a different set of key..... WOW REALLY.. the promissed to fix a lil rip i had in the seatn wat did they do.. it looked like all the did was melt plastic in the leather to cover it up and spayed it black... WOW AGAIN... I HAVENT MADE A PAYMENT YET THINKING OF JUST RETURNING THE TRUCK BACK N TELL THEM F*** U BYTCHES KEEP YO PROBLEMS IDGAF IF THEY DONT RETURN MY DOWNPAYMENT.. ALL I WANNA DO IS WAKE UP FROM THIS KNIGHMARE IM HAVING... 2 weeks with car and car already breaking down...
