Great sales professional. I recently picked up a new Blackberry from this U.S. Cellular location. As you can imagine, it takes a lot to be impressed by a cell phone salesperson, particularly since cell phones have become commodity products. But Avani Patel, my salesperson, helped get me started on my phone within minutes. She was extremely helpful and boiled down the major "bullet points" of Blackberry use into a quick tutorial. I would refer her to anyone purchasing a phone, particularly someone like me who's a little technically challenged.
