HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE

Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Montgomery Police Department used this service to tow our totalled car. Not only was Michael totally RUDE on the phone (I was with my son in the hospital at the time!), but he wanted to charge me an extra $100 just to walk on the lot to retrieve our belongings from the car (on a Saturday morning)! Furthermore, he wanted CASH only. What choice did I have? They damaged the rear bumper of the car (all accident damage was in front), and also have a pit bull on the premises that loves to lunge at customers (I was almost bitten) and is used to threaten customers into paying cash and leaving quickly. I notified Montgomery Police of these practices, Illinois tax department, and IRS because they are obviously hiding income. What a freaking moron! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hopefully, it will be shut down soon!

AAA FAST SERVICE RESAONABLE RATE

I DROKE DOWN AT 3 AM AND CALLED THEY HAD A TRUCK THERE IN 12 MINUITS I WAS VERY SUPRIZED AND THEY TOWED ME AND MY CAR HOME WITH NO PROBLEMS VERY NICE PEOPLE AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET IN THE HOUSE AND TOOK MY CHECK VERY NICE AND VERY PROMPT
