This place rocks!

I had gone to a chiropractoe before and it scared the crap out of me the doctor on halsted snuck up behind me and "cracked" my neck and told me it was because I couldn't relax. I was done with chiropractic forever. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Ingham for some back pain and I was deliberating for months. I finally decided to go. This man is seriously amazing! He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me! Something this other guy never did. I was not adjusted in a hurry! The did an insurance check for me before I even came into the office, at my request. If you have any doubt go here and meet with Dr. Ingham. The even give free consults. Once you meet him you will see this is the place for you! I sure did. I can't say anymore but I am pain free golfing again!

Thank you for helping me when others couldn't

So I had been searching for a place that didn't line 'em up and herd them out. I had met this doctor from a workshop at my office and I was blown away at his knowlege on not only sports medicine but nutrition and just overall. I went in for an initial visit and he sat explaining my diet, my insurance, my knee injury for over an hour. I didn't think guys who cared still exsisted. I am running the marathon next week and I owe it all to this office and Dr. Ingham. My knee is pain free for my 22 mile run and I am looking forward to the run. I had tried PT and was diagnosed with IT band syndrome. I underwent PT for six weeks and almost dropped out of training. Three visits with Dr. Ingham and I could run pain free he then helped me rework my training schedule and now I am ON TRACK. Thank you!

Severe herniation .....NO SURGERY!

In late Feb 2008 I came to this office because of a severe herniation at L4/L5. I did some research on spinal decompression and the DRX9000 and I wanted to see if I was a candidate. I met with a surgeon at the same time and he strongly recommended a microdiscectomy. This was a really rough time in my life because of the severe pain and because I teach/train in Gracie Jiu Jitsu(a vigorous martial art that involves throws and joint locks) for a living. The amount of pain I was in and the horror stories I heard about back surgery were hard to deal with.

After meeting with Dr. Ingham and his staff I decided to give the DRX9000 a chance. I believe it was one of the best decisions of my life. After my first treatment I felt relief and did not have to take pain killers anymore. One really strong concern I had was I didn't want a temporary fix or just pain relief; I wanted a long term solution and wanted to return to my competitive sport.

Thank god, it has been one year since my first DRX treatment and I am still PAIN FREE! I have returned to teaching and training hard in the gym with no signs of pain or injury. I am getting to the point where I fell my back is stronger than it has ever been. Dr. Ingham and his staff were great through my entire therapy. They all had great character and extreme professionalism I believe if I could come back from where I was to where I am today than most likely so can you... Thank you Dr. Ingham and the whole team at Advanced Spine and Sports Care.
