Tips for Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Bucktown

This Place Has A Lot to Learn. I am a faithful Potbelly's fan. Imagine my delight when Potbelly's was built less than 2 blocks from my house. Imagine my disappointment when I placed my first order. I ordered a ice cream sandwich with my sandwich. When I got it, it was completely melted because it was put in the same bag as my hot sandwich. The sandwich ended up being COATED in melted ice cream. Let's just say, I will be making the trip to the Webster Potbelly's.
