“This used to be a good place--until 2006.”

This has got to be one of the WORST
clinics around. Don't really know where to start, but here's a list:
1. They tried to gouge me. I noticed that my bill was much higher than anticipated; then when I checked carefully, I noticed that the vet charged me 3x as much for meds 2 weeks later because the prices "tripled." I made them refund me.
2. The vet, who is oddly enough the chief director, seriously MISDIAGNOSED my cat. Told me that my cat had absolutely no problems with his jaws, when he did: this was nearly fatal and later involved a $2400 surgery elsewhere.
STAY AWAY! There are far more better vets elsewhere.
Fabulous cat doctors and very nice!. My experience with Dr. Anthony was wonderful. She was always nice to my cat and gentle with her. My cat received excellent medical care. When my cat was very ill, they referred me to an excellent animal hospital that could provide around-the-clock care.
Good Cat hospital.
Well i want to said that my experience at the city cat ( l love the name ) it was very good, My kitty that recently i adopt from ACS he was sneezing, So i took it for his booster shot and also to make sure he wasent getting a cold, Everyone was really friendly from receptionist to the rest of the staff, We saw Dr Anthony she was great and answer all my questions, The technician that take us to the room was very profesional and friendly I think his name was Jose.
Well i just want to said we have 100% good service and care for my kitty. We will continue use the same clinic.
too expensive, too quick to diagnose and treat, wouldn't recomend. The vet was very nice, however this vet office is way over priced. My cat, I thought, had a UTI (urinary tract infection) and it cost me almost $500 to treat and diagnose, however their testing showed that she did not have it. They wanted me to bring my cat back for retesting..... for a UTI she never had. I declined as I thought it was foolish to waste any more money at this vet when I have a perfectly healthy cat.
one of the best IN CHICAGO. i always get vip treatment here and i think they give that to everyone and more importantly they give the cats vip treatment also and help them to relax and-----best of all---best of all------- NO DOGS ALLOWED !!!
Bad attitude staff. Doctors and nurses. Not very friendly from the beginning to the last.
