Best Overall Spa Experience. I have been going to Spa Ariel for over 2 years. I always come out feeling very relaxed. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed and I never feel like I spent too much money. It is well worth every penny. I actualy almost fell asleep during a bikini wax - I am not exagerating. I highly recommend Spa Ariel. The only reason I gave them a 9.5 is that I had a "not great" pedicure expience once. I briefly started going to a spa closer to my home and I am returning to Spa Ariel.:) It will once again be my monthly "treat me like a queen" treatment.

all decor, no skills. Spa Ariel has many of the trappings of a posh salon- only things lacking are the service and the skills. I've been here about 10 times now, and their manicures and pedicures are way below average. Last week I received the worst manicure- BY FAR- I have ever received. The woman "buffed" my nails so hard, she broke a nail. All of them are jagged and uneven, and I now have large gouges in the surface of my nails that will last for months. I had to point out comically jagged, nicked and misshapen edges three times, and finally gave up and said "fine" for fear I'd have no nails left. All this after I mentioned I had an important wedding to attend. It seemed she had never done nails before. One wonders if anyone over there is screening the employees. To their credit, they seem to be far more competent at waxing. But for the (hefty) price, find a place where they know what they're doing across the board, and offer service with a smile!

Best Place for a truly One on One experience. I had a half day experience there and I've never been catered to more by any spa then I have by Spa Ariel. They really gave me the personal attention that I've found lacking in many other spas these days where the attitude seems to be "get em in and get em out fast". Not with this spa, the staff and the owners were super friendly and accomodating.

It's not a large spa but it's definitely a spa to go to where you want to be treated special and have the best services My Russian facialist knew my skin's needs instantly upon looking at it and until that facial my skin has never felt clearer or smoother.

I'm definitely going back!

BEST massage EVER!. I tried Spa Ariel because it's on my block, even though I'm a regular at a different spa... SO glad I did! I had the best massage of my life at this spa, and I'm a bit of a massage addict so I'm probably a bit more critical. Get the 50 min ute relaxation massage with Kristen and you'll leave there floating on a cloud. The ambiance is very chic and tranquil... love the little waterfall near the mani/padi area. The owner was there (forgot her name) and was very sweet and helpful. I will be going back often, I've found my new monthly treat!

Great New Spot. This a great new spot and just what the neighborhood needed! I enjoyed my afternoon there getting a facial and manicure. The atmosphere is great, with trickling fountains and soothing music, I loved the feel of the place. It is a bit on the pricey side for mani and pedi but the massage and facial rates seemed about right. If you want a full fledged spa day this is the place to go, if you just want a polish change this might not be the spot.
