A friendly gay sports bar with good bar food. Come here to cheer on your Hawks, Cubbies and Bulls. Their burgers are definitely extra tasty after a half marathon.

Perfect Sports Bar. Outstanding gay sports bar. Lots of screens playing all the games. Friendly staff. Good food and good service. I was very impressed.

Good food in Uptown!. I am not gay or really into sports, but I still enjoy this friendly hangout for its excellent food! You can't go wrong with brunch or lunch here - coming earlier (between 11-noon) there's no wait for a table. It can get crowded during games, but the food keeps me coming back. I appreciate the owners taking a chance on Uptown!

Fabulous Staff. I am not really into sports, but because this is such an amazing place (besides the obvious sports drawback) it's become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. The menu is fantastic, I would recommend the classic buffalo wings and loaded fries. But when you're not in the greasy mood, their wraps and salads are beyond tasty. The staff is welcoming (even if you're not gay) and friendly. The servers are 1/2 the draw. They are attentive, but not obtrusive; fun not silly. If you're into sports, their sound system is really well done, it sounds like an action-packed movie theater. Very surround. Oh and karaoke every Tuesday, with crazy - good for a laugh - prizes.

Best Popcorn Chicken you'll every have. Crew is a great neighborhood sports bar with a creative and delicious assorted menu. I have tried many things on this menu and they are all amazing. I especially love the artichoke dip appetizer and the bbq boneless popcorn chicken.

Except for huge events, there is always room for anyone here. This is a Sports bar and they can be viewed on many large screen televisions. For those that enjoy beer, this bar is a must! They have a large list of choices from around the world.

Crowded and Loud.. We went to this bar to watch the finale of Project Runway. I had heard good reviews and figured it would be crowded, but thought that getting there 2 hours early would get my party a seat. When we walked in at 7 and saw that there was no room, we waited by the bar until a table left and quickly hurried to sit at it. We then were asked to leave the table (by a very rude server) because there was a waiting list....we had been waiting 30 minutes already and a lot of people by then had their names in front of ours. Irritated that the doorman did not tell us about the list, we tried to find a place to huddle, but there was no where to move. Another table by the bar sat EMPTY for 1 hour and 45 minutes with a "reserved for 845" sign on it. i would have loved to sit at that table until 845 to at least order some food. I couldn't even watch the show because people kept bumping into me and it was very noisy. I was also annoyed that I had scoped out the menu online and was very excited to partake in it, but couldn't since we didn't have anywhere to eat it at. Everyone in our party planned to have dinner there, but we left Crew just as hungry as we were when we came in. The same thing goes for the Beer Pitcher Specials, I couldn't get a picther since I had no where to put it. To add to my irritation, the second time I went up for a draft beer, after I fought my way through the crowd, the keg blew and the bartender asked me to come back when the keg was changed like 10 minutes later. Overall, they lost my money by not having a better layout for food service and ultimately my business because I will NOT be returning to Crew.

Awesome burgers!. I'm not into guys (not that there's anything wrong with that), but I love eating here. Their burgers are awesome, and they have an awesome selection of burger toppings (I recommend the garlic sauteed spinach and cheddar cheese). And they have really good mac and cheese.

"Queer Eye" meets the sporty guy at this stylish, friendly Uptown bar and restaurant.. The Scene
A sports-lovin' gay crowd buzzes at this modern, masculine hangout, where college banners and sports memorabilia mingle with stainless-steel accents, a polished black-granite bar and autographed photos from out athletes Greg Louganis and Billie Jean King. College and pro sports air on 16 TVs (including four large screens); those who'd rather play can opt for pool or darts.

The Draw
Crew's menu goes way beyond wings and nachos, with a full slate of winning, creative takes on old favorites. Crab cakes are fork-tender and surprisingly meaty, with zingy chipotle dipping sauce on the side; a "twisted" BLT reinvents the classic sandwich, adding red onion, shredded cheddar and a smear of jalapeno cream cheese. Other favorite plates include spicy buffalo chicken salad po'boy, served cold and topped with crumbled blue cheese; and worthy sides like crisp fries (available in plain, garlic or spicy varieties), Southern-style coleslaw, and three-cheese macaroni.
