We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pooch Chicago, we have been sending our Maltese Jill there for over a year and she loves it! The staff has been extremely flexible with our schedule and any last minute changes, which we greatly appreciate. We have also used to Doggie Hotel and felt at ease that Jill was well taken care and probably having more fun playing with the other dogs than she would be at home. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Just an FYI that EVERY positive review on here is from a legitimate and AWESOME client of POOCH!!! As one of the newest members of the management staff at POOCH, I find it highly entertaining to go through and read all of the great reviews on here, knowing that I now know EXACTLY which dog is which. They all have different, charming, and wonderful personalities and I love to hear that the "client parents" are so thrilled with POOCH in their reviews! It is truly a great place and we LOVE your dogs! It is honestly the most fun and most rewarding career move I have ever made! Robin and the rest of the staff are amazing and run a top notch operation, where the dogs are seriously so excited to come to everyday. The dogs are so psyched to come in every morning, its hilarious! They know exactly where to go and usually drag us to their play areas, panting with anticipation! Can't wait for more fun times at the new location that is finally opening next week in the West Loop! Yeah!!! Only thing is that I'm going to miss some of my favorite canine buddies from Clybourn that I've gotten to know so well in the short time I've been there!!!!
