AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When you first meet them, they are pleasant and professional, giving the impression that they are deeply concerned about your dog's well being. Had I read what others had written I wouldn't have hired them or at least I would have been much more skeptical. BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. My case was double payment for the same service. Not realizing that they would charge a "processing fee" if I put the charges on a credit card, I asked if I could mail a check and they could then refund the charge on my account. Sure...no problem until I actually wanted the credit. Then I am met with accusations of trying to cheat them (funny since I paid twice for the same service) and worse. The woman hung up on me and wouldn't issue the credit until she returned my keys by registered mail...blah blah blah. She literally screamed at me. I simply changed my locks, called my charge card company for a credit and I AM REALLY HAPPY TO BE DONE WITH THEM.

They changed their name. They changed their name from "The Hungry PuP"/ "All Good Dogs" to "Follow Your Nose". followyournosehere dot com. After being shut down by the state, stealing money from contract walkers, bad records with the Better Business Bureau and numerous complaints Looks like they are trying to clean up their rotten image and name but don't worry it's the same two dishonest owners followed by bad service just hiding behind a new name.

nice shop. I live and shop local and find Hungry Pup to be a great shop, nice selections of chow including snacks and toys. I did a special order dog bed and is great. They can help w/ delivery of big chow bags.

Do not do business with All Good Dogs. Terrible customer service! This business is owned by a couple with the wife having a real attitude problem and her husband lies through his teeth in order to protect their good name. Actually they hire contract dog walkers who they treat very bad and then turn around to take the credit for the good work that their contractors do. I once did business with them but never again after hearing some horror stories about these owners through former customers, multiple people that worked for them and putting up with the extra rude wife. Oh yea! Watch your credit card to make sure that they don?t over charge you. This business is not in good standing with the Better Busiess Burea and highly not recommended!!

Thumbs down. My brother once worked for these dishonest people. They were taking money out of his paycheck to pay for the optional healthcare insurance that he signed up for provided through them. When he had to go to the ER for an accident he found out that he had no insurance coverage. What a bunch of crooks! A few years ago they took payment in advance from a friend of mine who was going on vacation and did not show up to take care of her pets. When my friend arrived back home the dogs were half-dead. Ramies excuse was that her computer was down. Her customer service skills and personality are dog cr*p and that?s the truth. My brother also says that they withhold money from their dog walkers for various reasons. I do agree that you should not get paid for work that you did not perform but they should also refund every penny back to each customer which they do not. I used Kiss My K9 in the past and they were great.

They love my dogs & my dogs love them!. We've been very happy with the service that All Good dogs has provided for years. They do daily dog walks & have done some housesitting when we have been out of town. We have great faith in Ramie & Dave and they have always gone above & beyond for my pets. The walkers have always been good & when they were not, Ramie & Dave have always done whatever it took to solve the problem. We had to call once about a small problem & they IMMEDIATELY called back & sent different person going forward. They love my dogs as much as I do and I know my dogs love them. You can't fake that kind of service!

It's unfortunate that people can post anything on theses sites- I feel bad that people can just say nasty ( & my guess is untrue things) about a business & hide behind a screen name. It just sounds like maybe that person didn't do their job ( the bad review) and if they didn't do their job, they shouldn't expect to get paid for it.

"& my guess is untrue things" YOUR GUESS IS WRONG. That?s great if your happy with their service and that you have great faith in Dave & Ramie but to call my post ?untrue? makes me suspect that you are the business owners hiding behind a screen name or just customer who took this post very personal. I was not happy with the customer service and do not recommend this service. PERIOD! And Im not the only one just look at the better business web page and they are unsatisfactory. No offense given or taken.

Great Service. I am new to citysearch but I wanted to give a good review to All Good Dogs. I used to take my dog here until I moved to the Near West Side of Chicago. I never had any issues with AGD and my dog was always a happy camper when I picked him up. The space was clean and the dogs always seemed to be happy.
