“would not recomend this particular location to my worst enemy!”
“Now, kids can come in with their families to have a snack before or after a movie or shopping at Village Crossing and adults can have a place to drink while everyone enjoys screen upon screen of sports that happen to be playing at the time and an order”

“use to love this place a long time ago, but for the last few times I was there, I've had nothing but negative experiences there.”
This place totally rocks my world!. I've been coming to BWW for about four years now and I must say, I NEVER GET TIRED OF IT! Sure the service can be a little unsteady if you get one of the newer servers but if you ask for one of the veterans you are sure to be taken care of. This is definitely one of the best places to catch all of the important games (especially if you LOOOVE baseball--GO CUBS!) I used to be vegan, but once I started coming to Buffalo I am hooked back on the chicken. sorry PETA!
Skokie bdubs money hungery workers and manager too chicken to tell his employees. Good wings cause of the sauces, nice place to hang out with friends, family. But the KIDS who work there are money hungry for their tips. It was 2 guests, I only had a drink and my guest had 6 wings/drink. I oredered some stuff to-go for my brothers. My bill was $23.38 carged it to my cc and I left a 5 dollar tip. I checked my cc statement online and was charged 27.38. I called bdubs and spoke to a manger about this. he tells me it would be easier for him if he just gave me 12 wings the next time I came to that place. I said I dont want your wings im never going there I want my 4 dollar credit. hes says, I have to hang up wth you to give you your credit. dont know kinda fishy for a manager to treat a customer that way. He was no help, I had to file a dispute with my cc company, I dont trust them of giving my credit back. DO ME A FAVOR if you guys ever go there... Dont tip the waitrers'/waitress' tell them SHAWANA has your tip... It's on ME!! =) youre welcome...... oh and most of you probably already know this but dont pay with credit or debit just pay cash. this wasnt the first time it happened my cousin caught up another waitress with gratuity issues
Don't bother with this place!!!.
I use to love this place a long time ago, but for the last few times I was there, I've had nothing but negative experiences there. The food is ok at best, but the servers act as if they're being SENTENCED to work there:
Bad attitude towards customers, orders coming in wrong and/or late with little or no regard towards customer satisfaction, and EXTREMELY poor management! I would not recomend this particular location to my worst enemy!
FINALLY...A SPORTS BAR IN SKOKIE!!!. So, I don't really live in Skokie, but I live close enough. It's like our prayers for a REAL sports bar in Skokie have come true when they replaced the old PharMore store with a theater and then this place. I knew that when this place opened, it was just what the neighborhood. One main reason was, back at the time they built the place, there was only 1 Buffalo Wild Wings (BW3) in the Chicago land area and it was the Lincoln Park location by DePaul. The other is because Skokie was literally a "dry suburb". Now, kids can come in with their families to have a snack before or after a movie or shopping at Village Crossing and adults can have a place to drink while everyone enjoys screen upon screen of sports that happen to be playing at the time and an order of wings mixed with their kind of sauce ranging from mild teriyaki to their hottest sauce simply called "Blazin" (and believe me, for someone who loves hot & spicy food, it's THAT HOT). This place is great for kids and large groups who just happen to stop in. And yes, you CAN drop in during the major sporting events (i.e. World Series, Superbowl, etc), only be sure to arrive ahead of time with your friends to ensure a good seat. I was at the bar by 5:45 PM when the White Sox won the World Series and it was an awesome time. Speaking of the bar, the staff is really friendly. I've been coming here since they opened and now I can just walk in and straight to the bar. Everyone is great...EXCEPT for this one "bartender/server" who's black, has attitude issues, and a butt like "whoa"...nasty. Also, 1 girl who was working @ the bar one night taking "pills" with her college friends in front of customers. Can't believe she's still there. Keeps giving me dirty looks every time I come in. Must've read these comments ;). Yeah, those 2 are probably the only problems the place has. But other than that, this place is great and a great place just to kickback, watch some sports, and eat.
Fun place to catch a game. There are no "sports bars" anywhere in the vicinity, so this chain fits in nicely. There's a big bar area, but also room in the dining area for families. In fact, kids love the place and there are enough video games to keep them happy for an hour or two. Food is pretty good and the drinks are fun and inexpensive.
