Pick from ingredients that include fresh fruit, veggies, nonfat frozen yogurt, soy milk and dairy-free sherbet. Or order the Coldbuster, a blend of orange juice, peaches, bananas and 2,000 percent of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C.
