CREEPY. The quality of the mani and pedi were fine. But I've never been so uncomfortable in a spa. The whole time I was there (a couple of hours), it was SILENT. There were at most five people total in there including three staff people while I was there and no one talked. There was no music, the giant TV mounted to the wall was off and all I could hear was the sound of the file on my nails and mysterious noises from the next room. It took much longer than they said it would and in the dim light and awkward quiet, that felt like forever. The bathroom is in the freezing basement (cuz what I want is a really really cold toilet seat to sit on). The conversation from nail technician was intrusive and left me wishing fervently I did not give them my home address.

I will never go back and you should know I love getting my nails done and this place would normally be very convenient.

Magical World of pain-less Brazilions?. I work at UIC and needed a Brazilion wax, which I typically have done in my neighborhood. I called, the price was certainly reasonable and made an appointment easily. A very professional yet sweet older woman was the technician who did the waxing-- the whole time I was confused as to why the ripping of the strips diddnt hurt--- I'd wince and tense up preparing for the pain... and... hardly anything! I began to wonder if she was getting any hair to come out at all! To my surprise it's one of the cleanest and most thorough waxes I've gotten. Wondering if I had a reason to be filled with endorphins, or if I had taken any pain meds before hand that would explain this magical lack of pain-- Nope. Guess they are just THAT good! I definitely have a new place for waxing!! Obvioulsy, I highly recommend this place.

Initially good, but very poor follow up by physician assistant. I went here initially because the botox was a reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and the physician's assistant that did the botox injections was very professional. I loved the results! I called to return and then I called again..... and again..... no return call. I called 3-4 times without a return call. This appeared to be a really good way for them to demonstrate that they do not really value business, nor do they care if the professional they are contracting with is even returning calls. From a service perspective, not good. I am only gving my business because i have not had the time to research another place to get it done for prices that are comperable to the burbs. I had to prompt the workers to understand that it is not good to have someone that is performing procedures on people not even call you back. Maybe I will get a call back, but if past behavior is a predictor of future behavior.... Very disappointing to have such an initial good impression but then realize that I was not a valued customer. Average is not a good thing to be in the salon beauty industry, is it now?

Professional Teeth Whitening Service for only $299 (cheaper than my dentist). I have been going this small quaint salon for years now and recently they added two new services. I was one of their first client to try out the professional teeth whitening service. It was amazingly quick, easy and painless. The result was truly noticeable and I highly recommend it to everyone. The salon is clean and relaxing unlike my dentist's office. A truly innovative idea.

Wonderful Experience. I brought my mother and sister here on Saturday for our nails and the service was outstanding. The manager is very thoughtful, he offered us bottled water and ask us what music we would like to hear - very personable. I highly suggest making an appointment because they are quite busy especially on the weekends.

Great Pedicures and Manicures. I have been to many nail salons in the city and this place would have to rank among the top 3. They are meticulous and hospitable and they sanitize the pedicure stations after every use. I don't mind paying a little bit more to know that the pedicure tub is disinfected adequately. They offer other services as well, but I haven't tried them yet and I am sure they're just as good.

I am defintely coming back for the BOTOX. My boyfriend gave me this massage and facial certificate for Valentine's Day. I was hesitant at first because I have never had anyone touch my face before. I was totally surprise how gentle and relaxing the facialist was during the service. It was kind of noisy during the massage, but they were remodeling one of the room. But I am defintely coming back for the BOTOX injections. Overall I give this salon two thumbs way up for its excellent service, cleanliness, and value.

Great Service. I was referred here for a facial by a friend which was awesome and I had a Brazillian too....The salon had a great atmosphere and everyone was really friendly . My Brazillian wax was perfect and the girl was very gentle, yet thorough and efficient . I felt very comfortable and my facial was sooo relaxing I fell asleep. They open late which is great for me as I work till 6 so I can go afterward...I look forward to returning!!!

Hands down, best customer service in Chicago. Love it!!!! Genuinely nice people and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hidden treasure. Parking is difficult, but worth it.
