Clean Experience. We rented the Wacky World last weekend for my daughters 8th Birthday. We have rented inflatables in the past from other companies and usually I always go in there when it's set up to do my own quick clean. After the delivery man set the inflatable up I got my towel and clorox spray out, entered the Wacky World and it was spotless, throughout the entire jump, no dirt came up on my towel and no grime was left behind from previous rentals.

I normally do not do reviews or give feed back but I was truly impressed, this company owns up to what they promise to do. I will definitely rent again from them and I think this time we will pick a warmer month than October.

Wonderful. We rented a water slide last weekend, even though it rained the kids had a blast. We have rented from them for the last 4 years, wonderful service, pricing and employees. Very helpful with planning a party and making sure I have everything I need to make my parties a HUGE success. Even with last minute changes to my order they have always been able to meet my needs. They have great delivery service and are always on time. I will refer them to everyone I know and make sure that Adventure Party Rentals is the number one party place of the chicagoland subarbs.

Everyone loves to come to my parties as they know everything I rent is clean and sanitary, There potties are clean and smell great too, everyone comments at how awesome and unique there stuff is.

Unhappy Customer. I ordered a water slide for my daughter's birthday and was told I could change my mind up until the slide was on my driveway. The slide was delivered almost 3 hours early. The weather that day was poor and I probably would have changed my mind. The slide was probably dropped off early so I would not be able to cancel. I called the office 3 times and expressed concern regarding the order. I was told 3 separate times during each phone call by the same guy that if I kept it we would work something out regarding my payment. Several days later they state they can do nothing and they "are sorry". Not even a $5.00 refund to keep a customer. We entertain alot and order many jumpers for our parties. I have never had such a poor experience. I will never rent from here again for being treated so poorly.

Adventure Party Rental didn't live up to my expectations. I recently rented a jumpy, tables, chairs and tent from Adventure Party Rental. All were clean and in good condition. The problem was the setup and lack of organization. The delivery/setup guys were rude and left my job incomplete with tent parts all over the driveway promising to "be right back" but didn't come back for over 3 hours! They finally came back to put up the huge tent after my guests had already started to arrive! I had to set up the tables and chairs myself, which wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have a party to organize. But that's why I was paying them! They didn't seem to have a list or work order of what I was supposed to get either - it was very disorganized. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Awesome experience!. We used Adventure Party Rentals for my sons 1st birthday party and plan to use them again for his 2nd Bday. All items were in exelent condition and super clean. Everyone had a blast at the party, all ages used jump and slide and loved it. We also had the snow cone machine and cotton candy machien and hot dog machine. Everything was clean, delivery and setup were fast. IT was great we didn't have to worry about anything. Way to go APR1111

They were on time, the equipment was in excellent condition and most of all the inflatable unit we rented was CLEAN which the lady on the phone guaranteed! There employees were very polite and did and did a speedy job setting up my tent. Well done!
