Chef/owner Mike Kurotobi is a Japanese-born Peruvian, which explains the melange of flavors found on the restaurant's menu: wok-seared tiger shrimp, Creole pasta, chili-rubbed grilled chicken, potato-wrapped salmon and more. There's a special menu for kids, with pizza, mac and cheese, and spaghetti.
