I called Maid Brigade to inquire about their house cleaning service and was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff that explained what was involved in the cleaning as well as setting me up for a convenient time that fit into my schedule. I was also very impressed with the team when they arrived to do the cleaning. They spent time explaining the areas they were going to clean before they started. The team did a great job and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job. I would definately recommend Maid Brigade to anyone who needs help getting their home cleaned.

Would not recommend.
Please do not use this company the owner is judgmental and insulting. I used Maid Brigade a couple of years ago but ended my contract because, I was unhappy. The maids seem to rush the cleaning because they are on a tight schedule dictated by management. A few weeks ago I gave them another chance, which was a terrible idea. I have been caring for a baby and have been working out of my house full time for the last year. I contacted Maid Brigade again, because I needed help getting my house back in order.
The owner came out to my home and was extremely judgmental and insulting. She made several snide comments and faces while walking through my house. They maids cleaned my house and then the owner called me to schedule future cleanings. At this point she quoted my house for $60 more than any other cleaning company has in the past. She stated that this was “because of all the clutter”. The reason for a lot of the “clutter” was because Maid Brigade showed up an hour early.
I also feel that the maids are afraid of the owner. Last time I used them I left a negative comment on the comment card and was approached by one of the maids and asked to leave only positive comments in the future. I should let them know if there was a problem with the cleaning.
As customers I feel that we seek out a cleaning service because we need assistance. Either we don’t have time to clean our homes ourselves, or we would rather pay someone to do it for us. Either way, I don’t feel we should be judged by the way our home looks.

Not so "sparkling clean" customer service!. We hired Maid Brigade to clean our home and they represented that they were fully insured and bonded. One of their employees damaged our woodwork and we tried for almost a month to work with Maid Brigade to have the wood work repaired. They offered to send an office worker of Maid Brigade with no professional experience repairing wood work to fix the issue in our home. When we stated that this was not acceptable and we wanted our house key returned, Maid Brigade placed our key in an envelope sent through regular mail. I was disturbed with the disregard that Maid Brigade had shown for my family/home by mailing our house key in a non secure manner.

Great job, every time!. Maid Brigade of Bartlett has been cleaning my home for several years. The team does a wonderful job, every time. I really appreciate the attention to detail and thoroughness. And I love that they use environmentally-friendly cleaning products. I highly recommend them!

This was unbelievable. My house looks brand new!!.
The girls paid attention to details.
I was surprised that they use a paint brush to get the dust off my clock radio.
The plastic shoe protectors they wore was another nice touch.
I really like the Maid Bridade car they showed up in!!!!
