Mon Ami = Highly Recommended. I bought my wife's engagement ring as well as our wedding rings from Mon Ami. After shopping around for quite a while, Mon Ami offered the best quality, service, and price even when comparing to some of the "bigger/name brand" shops. The teams expertise is quite impressive and their customer service track record is flawless. We're extremely satisfied with our purchases and recommend Mon Ami for any/all jewelry purchases.

Awesome jewelry, great prices.
I went here on a suggestion from a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I bought my fiance's engagement ring first and worked with Samir. I told him my budget and he brought out a bunch of diamonds and patiently let me examine each one. After finding the perfect stone he showed me a bunch of settings. One in particular stood out and I had a match. They set the diamond exactly how I wanted it and I was very happy with the quality of work and the price.
After my fiance said yes we went back there and found our wedding bands. This time we worked with Ali who was also helpful. My fiance found the perfect ring but it was platinum and she wanted white gold. Not a problem, they were able to make the exact same ring using the same diamonds with gold. I also found an awesome ring for me. It already fit so we were set.
I've shopped at shopping mall jewelry stores but I won't be going back, Mon Ami will get all my business. The prices are great, the jewelry is unique and tasteful, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent quality at a good price for a custom ring!. I purchased both an engagement ring and a wedding band for my wife from Mon Ami Jewelry. Because of my wife's specific taste, I was worried about getting a custom ring made. Her engagement ring was a blending of different styles from different designers and Mon Ami Jewelry did an excellent job in creating exactly what she wanted. Samir Dhanani was extremely helpful throughout the process from guiding me in choosing the perfect diamond to deciding on what insurance to take out on the ring. I also purchased my wedding band from Mon Ami and will be purchasing a one year anniversary gift for my wife from there.

Amazing custom-made jewelry at unbeatable prices.
I bought my fiancee's engagement ring at Mon Ami, and we got her and my wedding bands there too. The craftsmanship and quality are amazing, and it is impossible to beat their prices. My fiancee's engagement ring was custom made. The owner, Anand Sheth, helped me pick out the diamond, and he worked with me to design the ring and wedding band so that they would both have the same patterns of diamonds and sapphires. The rings are absolutely gorgeous.
The bottom line -- if you are even thinking about getting a piece of custom-made jewelry, talk to Mon Ami first. I guarantee they will make you a better piece than anywhere else, and they will have the best prices too.

The BEST. Samir helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring and assisted through the customization process. Everyone there was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the process. Great experience overall, I will definitely be referring friends here.

No. 1 Jewelers Around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Two years ago, my husband worked with Samir on creating the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for me! We loved the service and quality of work so much, I even bought my husband's wedding band from Mon Ami. Since then, pretty much all of our friends have gone through them!! My husband recently bought me another ring from Mon Ami which needless to say I loved!!! I know with their honesthy, excellent service, and great quality in jewelry we will be long time customers.

No ROCK unturned!. I spent over 6 mos searching for the perfect engagement ring. During this time I worked closely with Mon Ami as well as a few other jewelers in NY, Mumbai and Israel. Over this period I exhausted the jewelers with requirements, concerns, indecisiveness and at times unnecessary meticulousness. Throughout the entire process only ONE jeweler maintained their professionalism and patience all the while continuing to dedicate resource and time to my 'cause'. The specific jewelers at Mon Ami were Brad and Samir. They searched all over the world for the right diamonds, cuts, etc for my wife-to-be's engagement ring. Their tenacity was reassuring given the experience I had with other jewelers. This was a new experience for me hence the apprehension and elongated process. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the their uncanny knowledge of the industry, dedication to professionalism and customer service and also price-competitiveness. I HIGHLY recommend working with them for any needs whether it be your first or fiftieth time.

Truthfully, I was nervous, purchased from out-of-state, but was provided a tracking number by UPS, with insurance. (received an automated phone message on cellphone with specifics on delivery)
I left chicago the next day. Ring was in my possession the following day. Hand delivered with signature required.
Absolutely a smooth transaction. I did my research prior to coming to chicago. I looked at many places in texas and chicago, but best bang for the buck here.
Wife is totally happy with my purchase...and she is picky.
