Best Spa-Hands Down!

My best-ever Massage and Facial was at Kaya. I also got my hair cut there last week last minute because I wanted to try a new stylist, and it was great too! I feel like I have found a one-stop place for all of my pampering needs! And they have a parking lot, so I that makes for an even better experience. I try to avoid Saturdays because it is really busy, but during the week and even Sundays are super low key and relaxing. Try this place if you haven't already, it's great.....

Superb experience from beginning to end!

I was recommended to Kaya by a coworker and I will definitely be coming back. The service is unpretentious, the space is ultra-relaxed, and the service providers and staff are gracious and seem genuinely happy to be there. I read a former review about how the staff turnover is high, and this is obviously untrue, because the receptionist, esthetician, and nail tech that I saw have all been on staff since the day the business opened, which was almost 4 years ago! Get the facts straight before blaspheming a business all over the Internet, folks! Anyway, this place makes for an awesome experience and I would recommend it to even the pickiest of people!

Go to Kaya=getting ripped off!

Go to kaya day spa and get ripped off! Thats what will happen to you! There are better options in this city to get your nails, waxing, skin and massage services done at. Honestly, don't waste your time and money here! The services are average, there's a high technician turnover rate (that should be telling us something), and the management is HORRIBLE!!!!
