with the love, care, and companionship he/she needs in order to be happy and healthy while you are away. We provide services to one household at a time so your pet receives the individual attention he/she deserves.
Our services are performed only by responsible, caring individuals that have a true passion for animals. All Chicago Urban Tails staff members are carefully screened and thoroughly trained. Our pet sitters are covered under our insurance and bonding policy.

Best Dog Walkers EVER!. These guys are the best. I have always been skeptical of a service that comes into your home while you are away, but last week, I was home one day when my walker came by and she did such a great job with my dog! She even stayed longer than the 25 minutes that we agreed upon and my dog was so happy when she arrived. Not only my walker is great, but Urban Tails has wonderful customer service; they are always sincerly friendly (not the annoying pushy kind of service), flexible and show a complete adoration for my dog. Best dog walkers in Chicago.
The folks at Chicago Urban Tails have been taking wonderful care of my dog Sasha since January and I could not be happier! Sasha's walker, Tori, took such great care of her and was so attentive to
her little quirks. Sasha has been sick on and off for the past few months and Tori would call me at work or leave me notes at home depending on how bad she felt Sasha's condition may have been throughout the day. She even went so far as to clean up the unpleasant surprises in my apartment when Sasha was was really sick. No matter what, she always left me a friendly note to tell me how Sasha's walk went. It definitely made me feel a milion times better about having to leave her at home all day by herself.
I'm moving now and hope that I can find a new dog walking service that is even half as good as Chicago Urban Tails.
P.S. All that, and the prices are really very competitive with other dog walking services in the area. Seriously...these are the peple you want watching your pets.…
Best dog walking service in town!.
The great people at Chicago Urban Tails have been walking Lucky and Willy (our pups) for several years and we could not be happier with their service! We trust them completely...our neighbors also
have given us compliments on how well they treat our pups. The walkers are always on time and are so courteous and careful to follow our instructions. The price is the lowest we could find, but coupled with the best service available, we could not ask for more. Also, Mary, one of the managers who frequently answers the phone, is so kind and flexible- she has always tried to work us into the schedule when we have a last-minute emergency.
We are pleased to give them our highest recommendation!

Great Service and Pricing. Tori and Chicago Urban Tails have been fantastic for our "little" dog Jackie. Tori always leaves great notes for us everyday, and also apprises us of anything she notices about Jackie that might be of concern. We are moving out of Chicago soon, and we can only hope to find another dog walking company who provides the same great and courteous service that Chicago Urban Tails does.…
Great dog walking service!. We have been using Chicago Urban Tails for about a year now, and couldn't be happier. The walkers are dependable, go the extra mile to get to know your pets, and do a lot of things that pleasantly surprised me (like cleaning up a kennel and the surrounding vicinity from a sick puppy (and cleaning up the puppy) so you don't come home to a crusty mess; carrying a dog with recent back surgery up and down stairs). Our dogs love seeing the same people everyday for their playtime and outing. They have also been great to call on for an extra walk and dinner feeding when working late. I HIGHLY recommend using this service. They are trustworthy, reliable, responsive, and the dogs love them. What more could you want?…
