Solid Option. Came here on a Wednesday night with hubby. It was a beautiful all but rare Chicago spring night, we got seated straight away on their outdoor patio. This is one of my favorite patios in the city, love their flowers. Our server was friendly and told us about their new skinny cocktails. I had the SkinnyGirl margarita which was nice but the gimlet was both our favorite. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food. Overall nice neighborhood pub. We'll be back

PICKPOCKETS HERE - BEWARE!. I suggest that you do NOT go here because there are pickpockets, and the employees KNOW there are pickpockets, but do not prevent them from coming in here. If you do go here, make sure you do not leave your purse unattended. I caught one in the act on Friday night, July 31. She will be an African American female who is alone, pretending to be drinking, and is clearly not in the demographic of people who go there.

Ehh.... They have some great weeknight deals on food and drinks--notably the HUGE dollar burgers on Mondays! Yum :) However, the staff has been either inattentive or forgetful every time I've been there. (At my last visit, our waitress forgot to put my order in...)

Also, for what it's worth, the bathroom is falling apart. The heavy oak stall-door literally fell right off the hinge and clobbered me when I tried to open it!

In sum, I won't be returning, but I don't regret the dollar burgers.

A great place to chill or get crazy. I had never even heard of this bar until my friend's sister decided to celebrate her birthday there. There were intimate booths where people could dine, and an open bar area upstairs. The crowd was young and "J. Crew" looking. I'm not sure how much drinks cost because there was a man at the bar who bought my friends and I drinks all night... we didn't even speak to him, he just pointed at us from across the bar. I had so much fun at this bar socializing and dancing. Everyone was friendly and chill and the DJ spinned great music. My only complaint is that he repeated some songs. All in all it was a great time.

asinine attempts to draw people in.... The asinine door guy told me and my friends they were at capacity (at 10 PM) and we could only go inside as the appropriate number left. We'd have gladly left, except half our party was already inside. The door guy knew this and used it to his advantage to keep us in line for a half hour. A line for Kerryman?? Please. The place was incredibly empty once we got inside, and the music beyond lame. And conveniently, the one in-one out bs was apparently out the window a few, as we saw people coming in by the dozens. I still can't believe the pompous door guy. With all the other great places in the neighborhood, you REALLY think there's a real need for a line at Kerryman? Never again.
