Could Care Less About Customers. I stopped in here because I live in the neighborhood and saw they did interior design. At first everything seemed to go really well, Emily sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for. After the contract was signed all of the niceness went away. Emily didn't return phone calls, or if she did it was a couple of weeks later, she cancelled appointments, in order to get anyone to talk to me I had to go to her location at a time that was convenient for her. It was really frustrating and I felt trapped because I had already made a down payment and felt like I would just be throwing money away which is what I ended up doing. It was too difficult working with Emily and her team.

Love working with this team!. I recently decided to have a couple of my rooms re-done in my condo. I had heard of Inspired Interiors through a friend that lives in North Center. I stopped in and Emily sat right down with me to run through some ideas and we set up a consultation. The next week, Emily came by and we walked through the rooms as she gave advice and information on what could be done quickly and in my budget. I decided to have a few "room transformations" done with new accessories and new upholstery. I think this is the best way to freshen up your home!! I would recomend to anyone to have a room transformation done by Emily and her team. They were quick and they picked out cool accessories that make my condo stand out!

Best Customer Service. I had stopped in here a couple weeks ago and was looking for something particular. I didn't see it in the store but Emily, the owner, offered to keep an eye out for it when she hunts for vintage home accessories. I received a call maybe 2 weeks later....and Emily found exactly what I was looking for! They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel like a top customer. I will keep going back to this store to look for unique home accessories and furnishings. The team is a pleasure to work with!!

Beware of the Billing Time. I hired Emily to help me refurnish my home. I didn't have very specific ideas of what I wanted, which is where I think the problem lied. She presented me with an option that I wanted to make some changes to and every change I requested ended up costing at least $500 more to redraw the design. The cost added up really quickly. What should have been a simple project ended up costing a small fortune.

Emily - Horrible Interior Designer. Emily provided horrible service. She didn't consider any of our wishes and oddly suggested a design similar to what we currently had. I choose Emily based on the amount of experience she had, thinking that would save us money because she would know the process and what needed to be done. She didn't seem to care about our wishes. She provided a bathroom design but not one we had any interest in. She made us feel inferior saying we couldn't afford a lot of things she would normally recommend. Much less it took about 5 months to even get a design. I would not recommend working with Emily.

Interior Design Gone Wrong. Everyone said it should be fun redesigning your home. Not with this place. It was completely stressful. Emily needs constant managing from staying within budget, to scheduling meetings to reminding that you're not looking for an ultra-modern look. It's like she was confusing me with another client.

Emily provided extraordinary service for my family. She redesigned our master bath, chidren's bath and kitchen. Emily is a very thoughtful and kind person. She took into consideration all of our needs and wants and was very specific with her designs. I learned that Emily has plenty of experience and knowledge since she made sure that everything was perfect but most importantly she incorporated safe design ideas into our toddler's bath. She was able to meet our budget requirements and the project was completed on time. Thank you Emily! We look forward to working with you in the future again!
