“in summary: food specials are good and a steal, but the bar scene at night is a lot of laughs- at the patron's expense.”
“food was cold - actually we had to send nachos twice back since the cheese was cold.”
“The food was fine, service was acceptable, and the beer selection thorough - I had a few Brooklyn Brown Ale's.”
“WaterHouse was full and happening from A to Z (hot girls, great service, great prices, and drinks that I wasn't familiar with for a change, and the DJ) People were hot, well dressed, and having FUN even with the staff from the bar”

Hip Roscoe Village Hangout. While I'm a little too old to enjoy today's new music, the Waterhouse offers something you won't find in most popular/packed bars on a Friday night - a live/human DJ. The food was fine, service was acceptable, and the beer selection thorough - I had a few Brooklyn Brown Ale's. However, the highlight was the DJ playing every song you could ever imagine wanting to play in a juke box - that is, if you enjoy popular/mainstream music over the last 15 years.
great daily specials. the only reason you should go to waterhouse is for their daily specials- monday $2 burger and fries, tues $5 pizza, etc. at night it turns into a bro and trixie dance club. i dont know anyone that goes here just to drink... just to eat and then have some drinks. in summary: food specials are good and a steal, but the bar scene at night is a lot of laughs- at the patron's expense.
More like Sahara vs. Waterhouse. I came to waterhouse with friends of mine and I must say I was not impressed at all.... food was cold - actually we had to send nachos twice back since the cheese was cold... now who serves cold nachos??? come on now.... I was also confused about the specials... I don't understand why they have specials all days with exception of Saturdays....
Roscoe Village gets its own neighborhood lounge sans the attitude and expensive drinks..
The Scene
Water may be behind this bar's name, but the only physical reminders are mini-waterfalls behind the main bar in the front and in the back room; the owners simply liked the name. The space has large booths, glass-beaded chandeliers, exposed brick and DJ blend of house, classic rock and pop. The mixed crowd of 20-somethings don't fuss with dressing up, and the bouncers are quick to invite customers in rather than keep them waiting behind a velvet rope.
The Draw
Situated beneath the Paulina El stop, this bar is a natural stopoff for happy hours or post-work eats like a mandarin orange chicken wrap and a sweetened chicken panini. A full bar, affordably priced red and white sangria and other specialty cocktails keep folks from making frequent trips to the ATM and from moving onto busier, more exclusive lounges downtown.
Best Bar In The City - must read.
ok, so I decided to checkout this new bar right around the corner from my house. And there I was waiting in line for almost half an hour to get in!

I would recommend this bar for any reasons to everyone...
