In Short
If Gwen Stefani lived in Chicago, she just might shop for her sons here. The trendy boutique dresses fashion-forward tykes from infant to tween ages in head-to-toe designer duds. The looks are bold--just like the deep purple walls--offering mini versions of distressed jeans, silk shantung dresses, puffy down jackets in pretty floral prints and rocker T-shirts. A well-edited baby selection takes up the front, with onesies displayed in pseudo-sushi boxes and socks arranged in "egg" cartons. For moms and dads: vinyl diaper bags by Fleurville and manbags to tote on the stroller or over the shoulder.

Little Threads is an awesome place to find both classic and hip clothes for kids. It is so refreshing to find a place where kids clothes look like kids clothes and not mini Brittney Spears outfits. The store is very easy to navigate and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful. We always find clothes that both of our daughters are excited to wear. The prices are very reasonable, and when they have a sale- watch out!!! Great deals. Super fun shop for kids from infant to about age 10. Great neighborhood shop!

If you're looking for some really cool gifts or to shop for a baby, this is an awesome place! They have the cutest little outfits and great diaper bags as well. The service here is really great. All their stuff is actually pretty expensive, but way in the back they have a little clearance section where you can usually get some good deals.

This store had a wide selection of trendy kids clothes from baby through maybe size 6. They had a few cute and really unique toys and books, and an impressive selection of baby/child hair accessories. The clothes are trendy and predictably pricey, but I happened in during the summer sale when you can save up to 50%. However that means that instead of a $40 shirt you're now buying a $20 shirt, and Carters still only costs $4 for a less trendy but just as useful shirt. But for nice kids stuff that's not as sassy as Psychobaby, this place is highly recommended.
