Consistently outstanding service. I've used Pet and Plant Care for the past 5 years and have had nothing but great service. One time when one of my cats was ill they took them to the emergency vet for what turned out to be their (the cat's) terminal visit and they were just wonderful with them and with me. They take great care of my dog Benny 5 days a week, twice a day for the last 3 years or so.
Never a problem and I appreciate that they call back to confirm any other new appointments I set up. Sorry for the mix up last time! My fault.
They are very thorough, consistent and I can tell right off the bat on my interview that they truly care from the questions asked, interacting with Benny and the great 3 years.

Great service!. I have was having bad luck finding a good dog sitting company. My dog Aries was not consistent or on schedule with his bathroom habits with the last two companies I have used. I think they were not coming at the right time. I gave it another shot before I would leave him in the care of my sister. I started with Pet and Plant Care Chicago as vacation care and then slowly started noticing that Aries was barking to go to the bathroom around the times I have requested them to take him on his walks. 2 yrs later, Aries is totally happier and has not made any accidents in the house since then and I don't need to bother my sister!!! I didnt mind that they also water my plants, throw out the garbage and getting my mail.. so that was great!! Glad I found you guys, Aries & JS…
Great Service. Thanks to Pet and Plant Care, we had a stress free vacation. The cat sitter called us everyday with updates about how our cats were doing. We came home to a very neat home and happy kids:)
