Excellent work and geat service!

I live in Los Angeles but needed to get my sister's condo fixed up in Chicago before my realtor could list it. We were on a very tight time line. My realtor had several contractors bidding on the job but they were all ridiculously high. I decided to take matters into my own hands so I went o-line and found Martin.

He answered his own phone and when he learned of my circumstances he drove right over to the unit and called me from inside to go over what needed to be done. He took pictures which he later e-mailed to me and sent the estimate that very night.

He completed the work yesterday and the place looks fabulous! I am very appreciative and will be referring him every chance I get.

I would never use anyone else

This guy is amazing. I called with an emergency, and he interrupted his day to come over and fix it - got the job done very quickly, and still made his next appointment on time. I seriously would never consider another handyman now that I have found him. Reasonable rates too, although if you've ever dealt with any "normal" handymen, you know cheapness isn't really as important as showing up when you say you will and having the knowledge to get the job done right the first time. This company will NOT disappoint on those measures!

Awesome

My neighbor hired Martin to fix a few small issues in her condo. I let him into her unit, and then I asked him if he could help me fix a light in my unit. It was a small problem but I never could have fixed it myself. He was really sweet to help me out, very professional and efficient. Thanks Martin!
