In Short – Health-conscious eaters head here for its namesake Swabian bretzels, which are chewy on one side and thin and crunchy on the other. Other menu items include whole grain breakfast muesli and sandwiches topped with prosciutto, Gruyere, watercress and Black Forest ham. This spot also has a large collection of chocolates from around the world, including Valrhona, Feodora and Blanxart.

Organic Food in the Loop!

Almost as unlikely as seeing a semi truck on lake shore drive, finding organic fast food in the loop is a rarity. Hannah's Bretzel - a German/Bavarian themed joint - serves wonderful deli sandwiches on either bread of bretzel (pretzel bread). The food on their extensive menu is fresh and delicious...I had the smoked turkey sandwich and would highly recommend it.
Without being said, the price is slightly high as you pay for what you get - delicious/wholesome sandwiches and pretzels.
- Pros: Wholesome/Organic Food. Extensive Menu. Doesn't Weigh You Down
- Cons: If you aren't used to buying organic foods, the $7.50 price for a sandwich may shock you.

Know Before You Go:
Parking here is impossible on the street and cost-prohibitive in a garage. Unless you're local, plan on ordering ahead. They'll get grub ready and bring it out to your car.
