Excellent grooming and customer service!

Interestingly, the reason I decided to try Sit! was the sales girl! My mom and I stopped in to check out the toys and dog accessories, and she was absolutely adorable and helpful! She went out of her way to help me find dog accessories and treats! So, after spending about an hour checking out the groomer's portfolio and the various goodies the shop has, I decided to make an appointment for my dogs. They book pretty far in advance, but it was definitely worth the wait! My dogs have never looked better; they actually look like show quality Yorkies! I've booked out several appointments over the next year, and intend on keeping each and every one! As a side note, it also helps that my dogs adore both the sales girl and the groomer!
- Pros: Excellent grooming and customer services, reasonable prices
- Cons: Appointments book out pretty far in advance (just be prepared)

I love this place, the people are great... you can tell that they truly care about pets. The food is a few bucks cheaper than other places I've been to. The front desk clerk is friendly and loving to all the pets that come through the door. The groomer does a great job. I took my puppy for his first grooming and even though he was happy to see me when I picked him up, he didn't want to leave right away. I definitely encourage people to go to sit!.

Jasmijo from the looks of these reviews the miscommunication was on your end. My cats and I are regulars at Sit! and they are treated like kings every time they go. I especially know this since one of my cats can be hard to bathe yet he still looks amazing and is in great spirits when I pick them up. Also, contrary to your statement about the girl who works there, which by the way was just rude and unnecessary, she has always been lovely and cheerful with each visit. Not only that they are amazing about scheduling, and prompt calls when the cats are done. Props to you Sit!, groomers, salepeople and all because you guys are amazing ignore that woman she obviously is just looking for something to complain about!!
- Pros: anti shed/ anti dander cat treatments, fun & organic selection of toys and other fun things for your pet!
- Cons: for real? none and that is a rarity people!
