consistenty good. this is what a casual restaurant should be like:

the waitrons are always in good spirits - polite, competent, efficient.

the food is always good.

we know we can always count on everything being right every time we come here. you can tell the moment you walk in the door.

terrible service. Never had this type of service at other Japanese restaurants... When you go to a Japanese restaurant, the last thing you would expect is a terrible service. Anyone can see that this restaurant is not authentic Japanese ones, but the service we received was one of the worst of all restaurants we've ever been. The manager should know how many customers they might be losing due to their bad services...

Food & Interior is OK, and price is good. So I give two stars not one.

Love their lunch specials!. This place is amazing! I love their lunch specials. You get so much food for a reasonable price and it is all delicious. The quality of the sushi is terrific as well; it was the perfect temperature and the right size. This Oysy location is wonderful, BE WARNED though that the other locations are nothing like this one. I didn't think there would be a big difference, but the other location's service, friendliness and food is not worth the trouble. STICK WITH this location: 50 E Grand.
