Customers have their faces scanned for 15 minutes to determine which treatment is appropriate to repair damaged skin or treat acne, rosacea and other skin problems. The spa also sells stress relief balm, makeup, sunblock and toners and offers massages, waxing and pedicures.

I would definitely recommend the spa to anyone and everyone. The girls that worked there are friendly and charismatic and turned me into a repeat customer. I went to get a custom blend of mineral makeup and am extremely satisfied, Lisa was great! She really took the time to blend me my perfect color and formula and kept me entertained the whole time. I actually live over a hour away but have no problem making the drive, it's is so worth it. I highly suggest you run, don't walk and see for yourself.
Pros: The girls, the enviroment and services they offer are all top notch.
Cons: Parking is a little tricky, but then again it's Chicago.

I have been getting services at Skin Quotient for almost a year and half now, and I can not get enough. The customer service is so personal and friendly at SQ that I enjoy getting treatments there. At least once a month I recieve waxing service, a facial, pedicure and the deep tissue massage. I am addicted! All the employees really now how to treat their clients.
