Great Experience!! Painfree brazillian!!. Honestly I have to give it to them, for a brazillian I hardly felt a thing.!! AWESOME. They use hard and soft waxes and are very efficient and my gal was super careful and Thorough , very sweet and made me feel totally comfortable. It was a great relief to find a place where they really take time to make sure everything is perfect. I had a nice glass of wine also and all the staff members were very friendly and welcoming!! I will no longer dread getting waxed from now on. Thanks Sinead's!!

most painful experience of my life. I walked in there expecting great things because of the reviews. I've had a brazilian many times before and it was never as painful as this. The girl worked ridiculously fast and was cold. She kept on making excuses for me being in pain, but she didn't even get all the hair. Not to mention she was kept messing up, getting the wax stuck on my skin. It was a horrible experience and there was absolutely no customer service.

Wonderful and Proffesional!. I was trying to pluck up the courage to get a brazillian for a while now so after doing some research I chose Sinead and I think it was Sinead who I actually saw( sorry I was so nervous I cant remember what she said her name was but she did have an irish brogue) It was a breeze,so comfortable, and she really explained everything and made me feel at ease. I was pleasantly surprised as it was not very painful and loved her sense of humour and conversation.If you are thinking about getting a brazillian I suggest Sinead's. They will make it as comfortable as it can be.The whole staff/experience were completely welcoming and friendly!

Great Brazillian, Not at all uncomfortable!. I've been to Sinead twice and both times had an excellent experience. I went to Holly for my first ever Brazillian, and she was so professional and very nice. I didn't feel uncomfortable or awkward at all while in such a vulnerable position. Holly did a great job, no spot left undone! Second time around I was waxed by Janet, the spa's owner. She was exceptionally quick, less than 5 minutes probably! While she was very quick, I believe she may compromise her attention to detail while trying to be speedy. Otherwise I love this place, and mention it's your first time and get a discount! While I loved their old location on Southport, their new one suits their need for a bigger space. Overall fabulous place to get a brazillian wax!

Check this place out!. I have been going to this salon for over two years to get my hair done with Sarah. She is the best!!! My hair always turns out perfect! I have also gone to both Holly and Janet for all sorts of waxings and they do a great job! They just moved to a brand new location thats only a few blocks away from the last one and its beautiful! The staff is exstreamly nice, the place is always very clean and tidy and they serve wine and beer too!! Also, the prices are very reasonable and their adding Massage and new facials to their menu! I would definatly check this place out!

Sinead's on Sheffield Ave. I just went to their new location, and it looks great!! I saw Holly as usual ...top knotch. I tryed Sarah for color and am extremely pleased. It was just what I've always wanted but could never quite explain but she knew exactly what i meant..Ialso enjoyed the Irish Coffee.I plan to go back for a massage soon.

I LOVE MY NEW HAIR COLOR!. I saw some good reviews on YELP so I decided to get my hair done as I don't do much usually but felt after my 30th birthday I needed something fresh to brighten up my face. I got great golden blonde hi-lites with a great layered haircut that my friends say I look amazing. I feel like I got a makeover. I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner... Anyway I highly reccomend Sinead Salon.!!! They were super friendly and I am sending everyone I know there! I can't wait to go back to get my first brazillian...maybe the 30's won't be as bad as I thought after all. Thanks Sinead I feel wonderful.

Wow! Great service, even after a small screw up. I've been to Sinead for lash tinting and brazilin (both done very well and great prices). I decided to make an appt to get my haircut...After an issue with timing (the woman before me ate into my reserved time and I didn't get a chance to get my haircut), the owner has gone out of her way to make things right. I was planning to go back anyway, but now they have a customer for life!

If you're looking for excellent customer service and a salon that does care about it's customers, this is the place. Plus, they are excellent at everything they do. Highly recommended :)

Highly Reccomend this Salon!!. I went here for a facial which was awesome and I had a brazilllian too....The salon had a great atmosphere and everyone was really friendly . My Brazillian wax was perfect and the girl was very efficient,yet thorough and gentle . I felt very comfortable and my facial was sooo relaxing I fell asleep. They open late which is great for me as I work till 7 so I can go afterward...I look forward to returning!!

Worst Brazilian of My Life!. I scheduled with one person and actually received the service from someone else - I specifically requested someone else, and they never even explained that to me! I didn't think to ask when she showed me to the room, I was thinking she was just helping out. Then whenever she came in and I was half undressed I didn't want to start asking questions in such a vulnerable position. Anyway she was totally slow, and made newbie-type mistakes like not holding the skin tight and not pulling the strip hard enough. The hair ended up breaking under my skin and I had a ton of ingrowns as a result (first time ever). First and last time I will go there for any service.
