Editorial Review for Lucky Strike Lanes – by Allison Knab
The Scene
Dangling lamps and orange globe lights illuminate this spacious bowling alley that's become popular with tourists and young professionals. Flat-screens and a marquee with scrolling sports scores greet visitors behind a front bar to the left, while red-felted pool tables and a separate wine bar to the right offer other distractions. Thanks to its elevated location in the back, the bowling alley is remarkably quiet, with TV clips of classic movies and old-school bowling scenes running on a loop at the end of each lane.
The Draw
An oasis of hipness in a posh neighborhood, this adult playground features signature cocktails and small plates like ancho chili and citrus chicken, hoisin-marinated chicken and beef teriyaki that take a sophisticated step away from typical alley fare. The wine bar is a cozy retreat complete with fireplaces, glass vases and plush leather couches.

If you are looking for a place to bowl, stay away from Lucky Strike! Their staff is rude and unpleasant to deal with. They are also very inconsistent with their policies. This is one customer who will not be returning.
Pros: N/A
Cons: Service

If you want to be insulted, have awful service and have your bowling interupted by failing equipment- then go to Lucky Strike...... but be warned- don't complain that you just spent $75 on bowling (yes only bowling, not food) and the failing equipment, because the manager will think you are interupting him doing nothing!! And what ever you do, don't ask for him to compensate your bowling game that was not finished, interupted due to the equipment not working, because he will not do ANYTHING for you- won't even give you a free game or buy you a coke- If you want to waste your money- go to Lucky Strike. If you want to be insulted- go to Lucky Strike, if you want to feel like the establishment you are at doesn't care if you are there or not- then go to Lucky Strike.
Pros: none
Cons: Worst Restaruent Management ever!!!
