In Short – Tucked into a row of Lincoln Square shops, literary quote-plastered doors open to the cafe, featuring a few tables, a lounging nook and counter. Great bookstore!

Just the concept of a bookstore with a wine bar was enough to draw me in. Very nice selection of books. Lovely atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the service is warm and friendly. I will definitely be back often.

Awesome bookstore in Lincoln Square

I went to the Book Cellar just to look around and found a bunch of unique gifts to give my 'hard to shop for' family members and a couple books for myself. I was impressed immediately with how quaint the shop was but also the fact that I can sit back with a glass of wine and read my new books - I didn't need to rush out of there like I feel like I do with larger book stores. On top of it being a great destination for me and my christmas gift list, I noticed that they have a bunch of different events that go on throughout the month. I will definitely go back and check out one of the events soon. Its definitely worth checking out if you haven't been there before =)
- Pros: good prices, huge selection, friendly employees
- Cons: not in my neighborhood =( worth the drive though

A serious wine program features several red, white and pink options from Europe and the U.S. all reasonably priced under $36 per bottle, $8 per glass.
Where to Sit:
The sidewalk seating is terific for reading as this portion of Lincoln Avenue is closed off to through traffic.
