Had endless problems with my laptop and was about to give up on it, (buy a new one). They were able to fix the errors/problems and help with security and ram to avoid future problems. They were really nice and understanding and explained everything perfectly

Great, knowledable, friendly service. My techie saved me from buying a new computer when all I needed was to have the Spyware/Malware removed from my computer. My computer works like new again and I had security installed to block spyware/malware from taking over my computer. I told my friends about them and they are able to work from Starbucks using wireless connections and even get child protection services for their kids.
Pros: home pick up, friendly/ intelligent
