Disappointing!!. After reading the reviews on this site and all the press about this store, I had very high expectations for the level of service here. Boy was I dissapointed! The dogs are cute for sure, but I found the girls working in the store to be very frustrating when it came to picking out jeans. Basically, I told them what I liked - low rise, straight leg or boot cut and my size. They handed me a pile of about 8 pairs of jeans and sent me to the dressing room. I was prepared for some critical feedback - "those look too tight", "the second pair looked better than the first", "that pocket style doesn't look right on you". I got none of that. Every single time I walked out of the dressing room, one or all of the sales girls said the exact same thing - "Those look SO CUTE on you!" Now, if I were a size 2, this might have been believable, but at a size 8, the roundness of my behind makes that hard to believe! Plus, every time I walked out of the dressing room, there was a different girl standing there - I'm not sure how they're supposed to be providing a critical eye if they're not even there to compare the fit of one pair of jeans over another.

They do have a good selection of jeans, so if you can ignore the sales girls cheering for every pair just so they can make a sale, you can probably find a good pair on your own. Just don't expect a lot of help.....

and the cutest dogs to boot!. I am a Mom with a daughter who has been begging me to get rid of my "Mom Jeans" for years. I have to confess, I walked past this store quite a few times, lacking the courage but as soon as I finally walked in the door (greeted by 2 of the cutest dogs out there) I realized I should have come sooner! I was comfortably placed in a cozy fitting room, given great jeans for my body type and coaxed out of the fitting room feeling like a really hip mom. Miraculously, my daughter agrees!!! I would suggest this store to anyone, young and old!!!

Jean-iuses!. Jean shopping is probably about the equivalent of shopping for bras or swimsuits-terrible terrible terrible. Right away I knew that this would be a much enjoyable process. Basically I placed my order, and the very knowledgeable sales people gave me jeans according to my requests. They really knew how to fit me-pulling things that would work and avoiding the styles that would not. I will definitely be going back for another successful shopping trip!

WHAT AN AWESOME ATMOSPHERE!. I went in doubting that I could ever find a good pair of jeans, that also looked good on me. After one of the "bartenders" took over, I tried on about 20 pairs and found ones that fit great, looked great and were a smaller size than I thought I was! I loved this place, I will never again waste my time going elsewhere!
