In Short – The W Lakeshore Hotel welcomes this ultimate pampering zone, where the skin is scrubbed, massaged, hydrated and slathered with unusual ingredients like carrot, sesame and chocolate. Signature treatments such as the Plum Plum Pedicure and the Betweeny Bax convert newbies into regulars, while veterans might seek more localized treatments, including the Quadruple Thighpass or the High Healer, a massage targeting the feet. The 9,600-square-feet space features 16 treatment rooms.
Wasn't the BEST!

i don't mind paying a lot of money for something that works, but what I paid at bliss was not worth the results. yeah, the facial i got was nice and relaxing. But a few days after i saw no results, in fact i feel like my face got a little worse. wouldn't completely recommend the facials....at all!
- Pros: clean, nice showers/sauna, employees were nice,
- Cons: OVERPIRICED!
Worst Manicure

I went to Bliss on a Friday night to get a cream manicure. I was terribly disappointed. I thought my nails were being prepped okay, but was mistaken. The very next day, my cuticles were peeling and the nail polish was chipping. I've had manicures last me for at least a week and a half, but this one barely even made it 2 days. I have not had any other services at Bliss, but I do not recommend the manicures there.
- Pros: ambience, cleanliness, bliss products
- Cons: poor manicures
Absolutely heavenly!

I visited Spa Bliss today with hesitation after reading the previous reviews on this message board. I must say that I was pleasantly suprised. I was prompty greeted, my message therapist did an amazing job....75 minutes of pure BLISS! The amenities are really, really nice. Very chic and very clean. I will certainly be back and in fact cannot wait to go again! I am so glad I went with my gutt and decided to try it out versus just reading all the negative reviews.
- Pros: clean, new, amenities, therapists, customer service, got an appointment the same say
- Cons: have to pay to park, $$$$
