Rude, unaccomodating, and deceitful. I purchased a kgbdeal for this salon to take my daughter to when we visited the grandparents in Chicago. I called as soon as I purchased the deal to set up the appointment and a was first told that the "vanilla sugar" pedicure was not available until "sometime" in December. This was not written anywhere on the deal information from kgbdeals. When I questioned this, I was told that really they book "months" in advance and the deal was still not available. The woman on the phone identified herself as the manager, and was condescending and rude.

don't go. Unbelievable manicure! It truly lasts for 2 weeks- if its done correctly. I did it for over a year and mostly was very happy. But if an inexperienced person did it, it would peel off within a week- hardly worth the $. The operators are often running behind- once I was left waiting almost an hour before my service started, and I have friends who have experienced the same thing. The staff is nice but the atmosphere is not very customer-friendly- staff is watched like a hawk and criticized in front of customers, isn;'t very accommodating when there are problems- very uncomfortable if you're in the chair. But yet I go back...so nice to have great looking nails...

Poor Service. The atmosphere is cheap and noisy. The owner has a very bad temper. She says things about clients behind their backs and loses her temper with her staff. Other salons in Chicago offer the no-chip manicure now (Ambra, Trump, etc).

Thank you for the great year. Thank you to Sanctuary Nail Spa and all of my clients for the great year! I have now moved on to Joseph Michael's Salon and Day Spa. I'm really looking forward to my future with my new Salon.

Best manicures. I am addicted...to the no-chip manicure. You have to try it! The staff is great! They are very sweet and accommodating.
