I brought my '99 Avalon in for service and spoke with Service Writer, Terry Lewis. Terry was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was forthright about what work needed to be done and what could wait until the next visit. I was impressed with the people at the dealership. Everyone was very eager to be helpful, especially Terry. I have been a customer at Elmhurst Toyota for several years and only have my car serviced at this dealership. Their prices are competitive, especially with their specials and coupons. I am especially impressed with Terry Lewis and look forward to his expertise in servicing my vehicle whenever needed.

Brought my car in for service normaly go to the Schaumburg dealer, Bonnie in service was great. They hand washed my car and got me on my way quick

My wife and I have leased 5 or 6 new Toyotas of varying models over the years from Tony and Igor and both have always been friendly, helpful, informative, and with our best interests at heart not only financially but to obtain the maximum satisfaction with each new car. We have never been disappointed and highly recommend them and Elmhurst Toyota to anyone in need of a good deal.

I have to say that our experience at this Dealership was amazing. Our Sales person Angel is an excellent Salesperson he was very patient and so helpful with handling our daughters first car purchase ( I can't tell you how many cars she test drove). She was so nervous. It turned out to be a very happy experience she was so comfortable with the experience that she is bragging to all her college friends telling them how they should go buy a car from Mr Angel.

We just purchased a 328xi from Elmhurst BMW and had a very good experience in the areas of salesman knowledge and support, pricing, and closing paperwork. I would strongly suggest you visit Elmhurst BMW before you buy a car from any other dealership...it really was a pleasure to buy a car from them.

Had to get service on a 528i that I leased from another (more distant) dealer. They were great, quick, couteous. Not sure about sales, but the Asian gentleman that I'd talked to about a new lease was friendly and not pushy... Am definitely considering getting my next lease there! We'll see about pricing
