Horrible. Absolutely Horrible.. This place caters only to locals and friends of bartenders. My friend and I went there ONLY to play pool. We bought drinks and shots throughout the night. We also observed throughout the night that the bartender was taking a large amount of shots with local friends. By the end of the night, when it was time to close our tab, the bartender said it was our responsibility to know what we bought and how much it cost, and that we should know our own tabs. She then got her big-muscled locals and regulars to get in our face, to the point where we were kicked out of the bar, simply for trying to pay our tab. The other alternative was we got the sh*t beat out of us. Her argument was that she "couldn't open a tab for us because she didn't know us or our names", when upon entering the bar, we asked if we could open a tab with our IDs or our credit cards, and they said they didn't accept either. This place caters only to locals and friends of the bartenders, and if you're not known by either, you're probably going to be looked down upon and made to feel the same way. Bad service, bad bartenders, ignorant customers.

Local thirty- and forty-somethings are the regulars at this neighborhood Irish pub, named after moonshine in Gaelic. An impressively large, mirror-backed bar makes one side of the pub look genuinely Irish, but the high-top tables with vinyl seats and a pool table surrounded by beer signs remind you that you're in the States. Rock n' roll tunes stream from the jukebox while patrons mingle over pints.
