In Short – Chicagoland's lovefest for churrascarias continues with this outpost just outside Woodfield Mall. The steakhouse serves skewers of seasoned beef, pork, chicken, lamb and Brazilian sausage that have been cooked over an open flame grill. If the parade of meats being served tableside isn't filling enough, head to the salad bar for artisan breads, Brazilian hearts of palm, sauteed mushrooms, olives, black beans and more. Unbutton your pants for dessert, including flan and coconut pie.
Most excellent resturant in Schamburg area

This is our favorite resturant. Everyone we take there loves it too!
I have always had excellent service, well once it was not good, but the food is what I went for and was never disappointed.
I love how your server asks what is your favorite meat and how you want it prepared. They will also make sure that your favorite is brought to your table more often as well.
We used to go every Sunday, but am now trying to lose weight...so we only go at least once a month. It is the only time that we eat beef, because nobody and I do mean nobody does it like they do at Texas de Brazil.
The Brazillian drinks are soo good. We love the Sangria, wish I could make it like that at home!
Cudo's to Texas de Brazil!!! Thanks for the coupons too!
- Pros: best service, meats, salad bar
- Cons: far from my house
Best Salad Bar by FAR!!! Spectacular flavorful meats you could ever ask for

Been to several Texas De Brazil's including the new on in downtown Chicago on Ohio Street. Although the downtown one is unique with the full size wall of wine with a "gymnast on a wire" dancing and grabbing the bottles of wine, Schaumburg is my favorite and the servers were fantastic.
We brought with us a few friends that had never experienced a brazillian steak house and the waitstaff, bus boy, hostess and manager made sure that they had a fantastic time and of course us too.
We drive 3 hours to enjoy this restaurant, since that is the closest one. Plus afterwards we can walk off our meal in the mall.
Fantastic salad bar, with any and everything you could possibly imagine, with so many assorted dressings and little extras. The meats are prepared all differently so you may get yours the way YOU want it.
If you have never experienced it before...... you are missing out! Would recommend as a great surprise for Anniversary, Birthday, Valentines, or just for a different place to experience.
- Pros: Atmosphere, Ambience, Wine, Service, Food, Value
- Cons: Wish there was one locally for myelf personally
The best steakhouse under $60 in the country!
by AZWildcats at Citysearch
Texas de Brazil specializes in serving Brazilian-style beef, lamb, pork, and chicken tableside. There is a flat fee (I think around $45) that includes all the meat, salad, rolls, and soup you can eat. Not only is the food amazing, but the service beats any sit down restaurant in the country. Waiters constantly walk around asking if you need more meat, sides, or drinks. There is also a great salad bar that includes soups, shrimp, fish, and cheese. I really liked the popover bread that they serve complimentary. The dessert I had, cheesecake, was also very good. My favorite meat is the bacon-wrapped filet mignon. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date, wives, clients, or friends.
- Pros: The best meats you have ever tasted thanks to the Brazilian seasoning
- Cons: It's a little expensive, but what do you expect for all-you-can eat top quality meat?
