uneducated staff. This was my first time trying a new store--for complete disclosure and honesty I usually shop for toys at early to bed, it is in my neighborhood and the staff is great--but I was in the neighborhood and thought I would check it out. I was shocked and appalled when a staff person at this store gave my girlfriend a silicone based lube to use with her silicone toy. I couldn't believe it. Total no no.

Asi asi. Well...the location is fantastic - the Boystown one that is. The look is great, very welcoming. But the staff is just not knowledgable enough. I've only been twice but I got incorrect answers to basic cleaning & safety questions BOTH TIMES. So, yes, the look is great. But it just about stops there. I mean, if you want to shop at an adult toy store just because it looks good and because the staff is hip - then this is the store for you.

Best Sex Toy Store In Chicago. Fantastic!! I love this store. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgable. I learned alot and enjoyed the atmosphere. I have been to other woman owned stores before and they just don't measure up. There is nothing like this store anywhere.
