Decent neighborhood Thai.
My girlfriend and I stopped in this past Saturday afternoon when Somerfest was going on, but the place was pretty empty. It's a cute little place. Open, bright, airy. Service was a little slow for being one of three tables in there... but it was worth the wait. The crab rangoons were done very well... light, crispy, not too greasy, and folded into nifty little square-tops. We both got the Pad Thai with tofu. Hot, steaming, flavorful. The onions were crisp, the tofu was grilled nicely: not too soft, not overdone. Although our initial wait to order was a little on the pokey side, the waitress was very attentive afterward, bringing the chili paste and keeping our water full.
Now this isn't the best Pad Thai I've had or anything (I think Opart still holds that honor), but so far it's been the best in the area.
Editorial Review. Comfortable Andersonville eatery focuses on Thai cuisine.
